Membership is available to homeowners living within the club boundaries.

The boundaries consist of Southside of Merrick Road, the east side of Ocean Avenue, east side of Ocean Ave, eastern boundary of Harbor Green (Bay Drive), and Southern boundary of Harbor Green (Dartmouth Road)

Membership to the Biltmore Beach Club is subject to a completed and acceptance of an application by membership and/or board of directors. Applications can be obtained from the Vice President.

Membership to the Biltmore Beach Club is not deeded via a home purchase within the eligible boundaries.

Currently there is a waiting list for membership to the Biltmore Beach Club and Marina. Regular members have docking rights in the Marina, subject to availability and Marina rules.
